you know the song 'its my party and i'll cry if i want to'? well, your life is your party and you can cry if you want to. i've been there with my grandpa and the first anniversary of his passing was on easter. lets just say it was bittersweet, and there is nothing like loosing a loved one. crying is a part of healing. so cry. its good for you. what is bad is getting frustrated over it. so *BIG HUGS!!!!!* and don't get frustrated.
